Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to any person resident in the UK or the Rest of World. Entrants under 18 years of age will be required to submit the written permission of a Parents or Legal Guardian.
Employees of Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners or clients are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

Go to www.awardingideas.com and submit your name, postal address, email address and entry. Entries will not be returned.
Incomplete, abusive, illegal or derogatory entries; or entries that discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, colour, creed or ethnic background will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Deep Blue Sky Digital reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
TIMING
The competition runs from 12.00:01am GMT on 18th January, 2010. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm GMT on 30th April, 2010. Completed entries must reach Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited no later than the closing date.
USE OF DATA
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be sold to any Third Party.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner will be determined by a panel of judges selected by Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited. The winner will be notified by email or phone by 31st May, 2010.
SUBSEQUENT ACTIVITY
The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising. The winner should be prepared to make themselves available for development meetings in person, or via any relevant form of communications as agreed. If the winner is Under 18 they will only be permitted to attend any meetings or engage in any promotional activity if accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
PRIZE
The first prize is £10,000 worth of Development, Design, Consultancy and Hosting. The allocation of this as it relates to the development of the winning idea will be decided by Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited. No cash or other alternatives are available.
WINNERS LIST
The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available.
INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all contestants release from, and indemnify Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
LEAVE FOR PARTICIPATION
Obtaining time off work and/or study or related activities to participate in this competition will be the sole and absolute responsibility of each contestant.
INTELLECTUAL
Each Entrant understands that the legal protection of their idea is their responsibility alone. All ideas will remain the Intellectual Property of the entrant.
OTHER
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Deep Blue Sky’s decision shall be final. Deep Blue Sky Digital Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
